Northern Lights Holidays
The Northern Lights are undoubtedly the greatest winter wonder of Scandinavia, and scientists say that this winter and next should provide the best displays for years! All our winter destintions offer excellent chances of seeing them if weather conditions are right. Tromso is a beautiful city, and justly popular for a Northern Lights break. Most people add an extra night or two as there is so much to see and do, with a wide range of excursions and activities available.
For a two-centre break Tromso can be combined with the lovely Lofoten Islands, with Kirkenes on the Russian border, or with a scenic rail journey through the Arctic wilderness to Sweden's famous Ice Hotel. Longer tours and tailor-made holidays allow even more possibilities!
